Follow up on social insurance procedures (registration, updates, and terminations).

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Monitor and manage employee attendance and departure records.

Maintain and update employee personnel files.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.

Previous experience in human resources with company policies and work regulations (3-5 years)

Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
