We’re Hiring: Admin Officer ( only female )
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and providing professional administrative support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage petty cash and office expenses in coordination with the accounting department.
• Handle accurate data entry and support IT-related administrative tasks.
• Organize and schedule internal and external meetings.
• Arrange travel bookings and prepare travel itineraries.
• Assist and support various departments whenever needed.
• Maintain office organization, supplies, and overall daily operations.
• Remain flexible and available for business travel when required.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Professional, adaptable, and proactive work approach.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or English Language
Experience: 1 or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Language: C1

Location: Shafa Badran – Amman, Jordan
Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM
