Client Services Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Representative located in Amman, Jordan.
The Client Care Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Daily tasks will include interacting with clients via multiple channels, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience in improving Customer Experience and managing relationships effectively
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
Strong command of English is required..
