Telemarketing representative 

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing representative to join our team. 

The role involves contacting potential clients, introducing our company, and generating qualified leads to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Introduce the company’s products and services in a professional manner.

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and generate leads.

• Maintain and update customer information using Excel and internal databases.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or customer care.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
