📍 Location: UAE

✨ Position: HR Recruiter (Full-Time)

We are looking for a passionate and talented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience hiring both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels of staff

Source candidates through Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, and other recruitment platforms

Conduct screening calls, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interview schedules

Maintain candidate pipelines, interview trackers, and recruitment dashboards

Support bulk hiring for blue-collar categories

Prepare job descriptions, job posts & recruitment reports

Coordinate onboarding, document collection, and joining formalities

Build strong relationships with agencies, manpower suppliers & internal departments

Ensure recruitment is aligned with company growth and manpower planning

🔹 Requirements

Strong hiring experience in white-collar roles (Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, Architects, etc.)

Experience in blue-collar recruitment (technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, drivers, etc.)

Excellent communication & coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools

Ability to join immediately preferred
