Senior Architectural Engineer

Required Experience: Minimum 10 years

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and schedules across all project phases.

Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and authority requirements (including building codes, fire & life safety, and accessibility).

Provide technical direction and guidance to architectural teams.

Review and approve material selections, finishes, mock-ups, and samples in line with design intent and specifications.

Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, fire protection, façade, and landscape disciplines.

Identify and resolve design conflicts and coordination clashes.

Liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors to obtain approvals and clarifications.

Ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

Proven experience working with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and buildability.
