Job Description

 Schools is seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our academic team for the upcoming second semester.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to middle school students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and helping students develop strong linguistic proficiency and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons that meet the needs of all students.

Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with middle school English standards.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and modern educational technology to cater to diverse learning styles.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student welfare and academic excellence.

Participate in professional development opportunities and school activities as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in English.

Experience: Proven teaching experience, preferably at the middle school level (minimum of 3-4 years preferred).

Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken), including grammar, vocabulary, and composition.

Personal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Classroom Management: Effective classroom management skills and positive discipline strategies.
