Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences — turning calls into connections and problems into solutions? We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service team!

🔧 What you’ll do:

✔️ Handle incoming maintenance & service calls with professionalism and care

✔️ Dispatch requests to the nearest store and follow up until resolution

✔️ Maintain & enrich our CRM with accurate, up-to-date customer data

✔️ Surprise & delight customers with personalized birthday greetings 🎉

✔️ Share exciting promotions via SMS & WhatsApp — keeping our community engaged

✔️ Contribute ideas to continuously improve our service experience

💡 You're a great fit if you have:

2 years of experience in customer service

Strong communication & active listening skills

close attention to detail & organizational abilities

Empathy, patience, and a service-first mindset

Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided!)

Proficiency in Arabic & English is a plus
