IT Assistant (2–3 Years Experience) Location: Jordan We are looking for an IT Assistant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to support daily IT operations across the company. The ideal candidate will assist with servers, networks, Microsoft 365, ERP, and security systems. Key Responsibilities Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, email, printing). Manage Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams. Troubleshoot Windows laptops and desktops. Assist with Fortigate firewall rules, VPN setup, and monitoring. Manage Aruba access points and Wi-Fi performance. Support servers: AD, file, ERP, and backup. Manage Active Directory users, groups, and permissions. Provide basic ERP/CRM support and escalate advanced issues. Support Avaya PBX extensions and softphones. Monitor security updates, antivirus, and patching. Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory. Required Experience 2–3 years in IT support/helpdesk. Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin, Fortigate, Aruba APs, ERP support, networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Experience with CRM/cloud systems is a plus.
