The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of all Cash Van Sales Operations , driving revenue performance , This is a key executive role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team to shape the company’s future.

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple regions.

Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and revenue targets.

Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure strong cross-functional execution.

Establish policies, systems, and processes that support scalable sales operations.

Proven experience as a CSO, VP of Sales, or senior sales executive in a high-growth environment.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Deep understanding of sales methodologies, metrics, and CRM tools.

Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
