Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with contract scope and execution strategy.
• Prepare detailed construction programs, procurement schedules, engineering deliverables schedules, and commissioning plans.
• Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements, milestones, and authority constraints.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and delays
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates, S-curves, histograms, and look-ahead schedules.
• Analyze productivity rates and forecast completion dates.
• Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis (TIA) and support extension of time (EOT) claims in accordance with contract conditions (FIDIC).
• Identify potential delays and assess their impact on the project schedule.
• Maintain planning records to support claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Qualifications & Experience: - - - -
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
Proven experience in infrastructure, building, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
Experience with contracts.
