A well-known company is looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and maintain a professional company image.
๐ผ Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Welcome and assist visitors professionally
โ๏ธ Manage calendars, meetings, and internal coordination
โ๏ธ Handle internal communication and employee follow-ups
โ๏ธ Draft official letters and reports (Excel & Word)
โ๏ธ Maintain document filing and recordkeeping
โ๏ธ Order office supplies and follow up on internal purchase requests
โ๏ธ Book hotels and flights for traveling employees
โ๏ธ Send the minutes (MoM) and key takeaways of meetings
โ๏ธ Represent the company positively through professional conduct and high emotional intelligence
๐ฏ Requirements:
โ๏ธ 1–2 years of experience (maximum) in a similar role – fresh graduates are welcome
โ๏ธ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in English, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
โ๏ธ Very good English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
โ๏ธ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
โ๏ธ Excellent communication skills and professional business writing
โ๏ธ Strong personality, high emotional intelligence, and team spirit
